1. Minimum age and prohibition of minors

This site is exclusively for adults over 18 years of age. You must enter your date of birth to register; the system verifies that you are of legal age before allowing registration. Minors under 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing and using the platform.

We do not allow, host, or tolerate content involving minors under 18 under any circumstances. Any such content will be removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities, along with the information of the responsible user.

2. Use of the site

The user undertakes to use the site only for lawful purposes and not to publish content that infringes the rights of third parties, including copyright, privacy, or applicable laws.

3. User-generated content

The site allows users to publish content. The user who uploads content declares and warrants, under their sole responsibility, that:

• They hold all the rights necessary to publish said content, including the rights of the persons depicted.
• All persons appearing in the content are over 18 years of age and gave their consent.
• The content is not stolen, was not uploaded without consent, and does not constitute revenge porn.
• They maintain the records required by applicable law (including 18 U.S.C. § 2257 where applicable) and will present them upon any legal request.
• The content is not illegal and does not infringe the rights of third parties.

The user is the sole and exclusive responsible party for the content they publish, releasing the platform from any liability arising from it to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Prohibited content

It is strictly prohibited to publish:

• Content involving minors under 18
• Content published without the consent of the persons depicted
• Revenge porn or stolen private content
• Copyrighted material without the owner's authorization
• Any illegal, violent, hateful content, or content that incites discrimination

5. Reports and content removal

We respond to content reports and remove material that violates these terms or applicable laws. Users can report content through the report form within the platform, and moderators review and resolve each case. Accounts that repeatedly violate these policies will be suspended or removed.

6. Content removal

We reserve the right to remove any content we consider illegal, offensive, or in violation of these terms, as well as to suspend or remove accounts that breach them.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of continuous availability or absence of errors. The platform acts as an intermediary for user-generated content and is not responsible for content published by users, without prejudice to its obligation to remove reported content in accordance with section 5.

8. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect when this page is updated and the version of the terms is increased, at which point we will ask you to accept them again.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Users in the European Union retain the rights granted to them by the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD / GDPR) in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
